MyoHeat runs a biomechanics model in your browser. Its bones, joint centres, muscle paths and muscle strengths come from two published OpenSim models. MyoHeat is free and non-commercial.

What MyoHeat adds
The model authors are not responsible for MyoHeat and have not endorsed it. MyoHeat adds:
- the physics (inverse dynamics and muscle load sharing);
- the exercise poses;
- the trunk and shoulder-blade muscles, which are hand-placed;
- a strength scale for trained lifters (1.5×).
MyoHeat is checked against published measurements of moment arms, joint moments and EMG. It currently passes 45 of 61 checks, and its known errors are documented.
Privacy
MyoHeat counts visits and a few actions (which exercise or muscle you pick, and shares) to learn what people use. It sets no cookies, and it doesn't store your IP address or anything that identifies you across days. Nothing is sold or shared.
